Bobby Chang - Partner

Trained as an industrial designer at the Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, Chang specialized in product design. He worked at Nike's brand/image group before co-founding Incase, a hugely successful brand which designs carrying solutions for consumer electronics, including notable products such as the Apple iPod, iPhone, and Macbook.

As an accomplished golfer, Chang joined documentary production team for THE BACK NINE, as the Executive Producer. The critically acclaimed film, along with Chang's passion for mentoring entrepreneurs, have become cornerstones for this latest venture, BackNine Studios.

Jon Fitzgerald - Partner

After graduating from UCSB with a degree in Film Studies, Fitzgerald worked in the William Morris training program. He then co-founded the Slamdance Film Festival in 95, became the Festival Director at the American Film Institute in 97 and later the Santa Barbara International Film Festival. Following a role as VP of Programming for IFILM.com, Fitzgerald launched Right Angle Studios. The consulting firm has successfully helped to elevate or launch dozens of film festivals, and has developed marketing and distribution strategies for many filmmakers.

In 2008, Fitzgerald segued back into production with a golf documentary entitled THE BACK NINE. With an investment from Steven Soderbergh, Fitzgerald partnered with Exec Producer Bobby Chang to form BackNine Studios.

Cindy Green - Executive Vice President

A phi-beta-kappa, cum-laude graduate of UCSB, Green obtained her Masters Degree from Johns Hopkins SAIS in International Relations in 1991. She has a background in public relations and event planning in both the private and public sectors. Green speaks fluent Italian and German as well as proficient French.

Green has provided services in the sponsorship and event marketing arena for the past fifteen years. With a focus on film festivals, philanthropy and cause-related events, her client roster includes Variety, The American Film Institute, Conde-Nast, and Film Independent. Through her work with these and other clients, Green has advised in the areas of development, marketing collateral, outreach strategy, operations, and event production from conception to execution. With her assistance, these organizations have increased their budgets and community exposure and have created or greatly improved on their marketing and fundraising programs. Green also worked to bring California products to market in Europe with the Trade & Commerce Agency.
